Inferno Hot Pilates is a low impact, high intensity interval training using Pilates principles. Heated to 90 degrees and 40% humidity, this class strengthens your core (abdominal and back muscles) and upper body, a nice complimentary class to the Original Hot 90. Work at your own speed and soon you will notice a stronger, leaner body. The atmosphere is fun, the teachers are inspiring and the music keeps you going. Bring a mat, water and a positive attitude!
Our Smart 60 class is a heated yoga class performing the therapeutic 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. In order for the class to finish in 60 minutes, some of the second sets of postures have been removed. This is a great class for beginners to hot yoga and for anyone suffering from back pain, stress, anxiety, lack of sleep and discomfort within the body.
Our Hatha Yoga class is a non-heated, multi style class that incorporates elements of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Bikram yoga. Through a thorough study of the foundational poses, students are able to build to more complex poses. This challenging class is open to all levels.
Rocket Vinyasa is a no heat 75 minute class. This Ashtanga strength building flow series is accessible to all, yet incorporates challenging poses and eloquently caters to the modern yogi who thirsts for more.
Power Hour Vinyasa is a non-hot, strength and stamina building class recommended for all yogis. Sun Salutation A and B (down dog and up dog) with Hatha Yoga postures between. Great for cardiovascular health, upper body strength, whole body flexibility, coordination, balance and mental focus. Come try this fun, step by step instructed, total body work within.
Yin Yoga is the perfect Yang Yoga for your Hot Yoga practice or a stressful lifestyle. Yin is a very restorative class, with music, in a non-heated, relaxing environment. The postures are held for 3-5 minutes, or an amount of time that you can without feeling pain, just a good prolonged stretch. The long stretches help relieve stress, expand connective tissue and restore the body's physical and mental health. With a persistent Yin practice the fibers of connective tissue will grow and realign to allow for a greater range of motion and more joint flexibility.
